Questions

Questions

Straight answers to what clients usually ask before working with Dockline Co.

How is pricing structured?

We're upfront that this isn't the cheapest option in Annapolis, but the reporting is unusually thorough. We're happy to break the number down by channel if that's useful.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

We work with a range of business sizes, but we're upfront if a budget doesn't match what a channel needs. That's part of why the reporting stays this thorough across every account.

Can you audit my current marketing without taking it over?

An audit doesn't require switching agencies, and we're upfront about that. We're not offended if the audit doesn't turn into more work.

How do we get started?

We start with access and audits, not with a campaign launch. We'd rather take an extra week upfront than launch something we haven't checked.

Do I own my accounts and data?

Ownership questions come up early in onboarding specifically so there's no ambiguity later. That ownership question gets answered in writing before anything else starts.

Can you guarantee results?

We set realistic expectations upfront so there's no gap between the pitch and the reality. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, contract or not.

Can I cancel if it's not working?

No hidden penalty clauses — the terms are short enough to actually read. We'd rather you stay because the results are real, not because you're stuck.
